Terms of Service

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are located in the states of Texas or Kentucky at the time of receiving telehealth services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Metabolic Outlaw Institute provides elective, concierge telehealth services focused on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and metabolic optimization. Our services are not intended to replace your primary care physician, emergency medical services, or urgent care.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this Site or attempt to contact us for emergency medical situations.

A formal physician-patient relationship is established only upon completion of a comprehensive evaluation and acceptance into our program at the physician's discretion. Booking a Discovery Call does not establish a physician-patient relationship.

Our current program fees are as follows:

All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to modify our fees with reasonable advance notice. Repeat laboratory testing outside the standard program schedule is available at cost.

The $497 Initial Evaluation fee is non-refundable once laboratory orders have been submitted, as costs are incurred at the time of ordering.

The $1,497 90-Day Rescue Plan fee is non-refundable after the first physician visit and prescription of medications, as compounded medications are custom-prepared for individual patients and cannot be returned or resold.

If you are unable to begin the program after paying the Initial Evaluation fee but before laboratory orders are submitted, please contact us within 48 hours for a full refund consideration.

By scheduling and attending a telehealth appointment with Metabolic Outlaw Institute, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Telehealth services involve the electronic transmission of medical information between you and the physician.
• You understand that telehealth has inherent technical limitations and that in-person evaluation may sometimes be necessary.
• You have the right to withdraw consent for telehealth services at any time without affecting your right to future care.
• You are responsible for ensuring a private, secure environment during telehealth appointments.
• Telehealth services are subject to the laws of the state in which you are physically located at the time of service.

Metabolic Outlaw Institute may prescribe compounded bioidentical hormones prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished drug products. They are prepared based on a physician's prescription for an individual patient.

Any supplements recommended as part of your program are for informational and supportive purposes. Supplement recommendations do not constitute FDA-approved medical treatment claims.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, images, program materials, and educational content — is the property of Metabolic Outlaw Institute and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Educational content on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Individual results from our program vary and are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Metabolic Outlaw Institute and Dr. Shawn Randall Gorden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
