Metabolic Outlaw Institute is a telehealth medical practice. Health information you share with us in the context of a physician-patient relationship is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) where applicable.

Information submitted through our website intake forms prior to establishing a formal patient relationship is collected for the purpose of scheduling and pre-qualification only. Once a physician-patient relationship is established, your protected health information (PHI) is handled in accordance with our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which will be provided to you at the time of your first appointment.

We use HIPAA-compliant platforms (Practice Better) for the storage and management of patient health records.
